Today's Show

We start off with the Uncle forced to answer a listener's call without the call screening of Leeana. Once again, another caller with a suggestion of recalling Alabama Gov. Bob Riley over the biggest tax plan in state history. The Uncle and host of WNTM's "Mobile's First News" Scott O'Brian talk about their trips to cities such as Chicago and New York, including plugs for their remote broadcasts tomorrow in the Mobile region. Only two prank calls today. Coming soon, another interview with Gov. Riley in the coming weeks. A so-called "fantasy relationship" with Leeana, assumed by Uncle Henry was cleared up by e-mail from the fellow. Today's show gets a 5/5.

Today's Show

We started off with a weather report by the Uncle on the recent t-storms here in the Mobile region. A lot of talk in the first half-hour on a possible fairy boat system for Mobile and Baldwin County. More calls on the Alabama tax plan and another call by Uncle Henry regular "Bad Bill", who was cut off for comments having to do with the call screeners (Leeana and Jessica). More remote broadcasts from various locations in the region coming soon. Today's show gets a 4.5/5!

Today's Show

We start off with Uncle Henry talking about his weekend, which included eating some relative's home made mash potatoes. No, not instant mash potatoes made from the can, but really home made. We've had audio clips and listener calls on the late, great Bob Hope. As usual, another prank call with some audio clip. This time being audio of former Alabama coach Mike Price. The Uncle even cut off another call having something to do with the former coach. Someday Henry must stop cutting off non-prank such as those audio tapes played over the phone. Today's show gets a rating of 4/5.

Thank you so much! Welcome to the first and only blog dedicated to the most popular radio talk show in Mobile, Alabama, "The Uncle Henry Show". Starting Monday, I'll post my reviews of each show. As the Uncle would say on most Fridays, "I'll talk to ya, Monday!"
